This site and business enquiries submitted through it are managed by Paramount Travel Club LLC (public brand: PARAMOUNT). Email [email protected] with privacy questions.
Data collected
The RFQ and contact form processes information you provide, such as name, company, email, phone, programme type, dates, destination, group size and message. The server may create technical logs such as IP address, time, browser and device, page viewed and errors for security and troubleshooting.
Purposes
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, assess programme feasibility, protect the site, investigate technical issues and understand service use.
Cookies and analytics
When configured, the site may use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect technical visit, device, approximate region and usage-event data. Personal contact details should not be intentionally included in analytics events or URLs.
Cloudflare Turnstile
When enabled, the RFQ form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Limited technical signals may be sent to Cloudflare and the result is verified by the PARAMOUNT server.
Providers and international processing
Hosting, email, security and analytics services may process information to provide their functions. Processing by providers such as Google, Yandex and Cloudflare may occur in other countries.
Retention
Business enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and relevant operational, contractual or legal needs. Technical-log and analytics periods depend on the configured service.
Security
The project uses access control, password hashing, server validation and audit records. No internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Requests and rights
Subject to applicable rules, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information by emailing [email protected]. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed.

This initial document may change with the service and applicable requirements. The current dated version appears on this page. It is not a legal certification or a claim of automatic full compliance with any particular regime and may be refined through separate legal review.
