Two hotels inaugurated in Shamakhi on 17 September 2026 give planners a choice beyond Baku. Meysari Grand Hotel & SPA has 204 rooms and a 420-seat conference centre. Its vineyard setting and spa suit a leadership retreat that leaves time between sessions.
When the plenary is larger than the room block
Pirgulu Park Hotel combines a 600-seat congress venue with a separate 160-person training room. Its 175 guest rooms accommodate up to 366 people, so a full congress calls for a separate overnight plan. Day delegates, additional hotels and coach arrivals all affect the budget.
PARAMOUNT can compare both venues against the same brief, check actual room blocks and AV layouts, and price transfers from Baku. Request a Shamakhi venue comparison with your dates, plenary size and number of overnight guests.
