Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026 in Baku

Corporate group travel, MICE programme and local logistics planning for the race weekend at Baku City Circuit, scheduled for 24–26 September 2026.

The Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix returns to central Baku in 2026. According to the official Formula 1 schedule, practice takes place on 24 September, qualifying on 25 September and the race on Saturday, 26 September at Baku City Circuit. The street circuit is 6.003 km long and the race is run over 51 laps.

For organisations bringing clients, senior leaders or incentive groups to Azerbaijan, the weekend calls for more than separate flight and hotel bookings. It needs one operating plan. PARAMOUNT MICE & DMC coordinates corporate travel and event logistics in Azerbaijan as an independent local destination management company.

Why plan Baku F1 2026 group travel early?

Race week concentrates demand for centrally located hotels, premium transport, group dining and private meeting space. City-centre traffic restrictions can also affect transfer times. Arrival patterns, hotel location, vehicle capacity and alternative routes should therefore be aligned well before the group travels.

The travel programme should be built around admission already secured by the client. Tickets and official hospitality products must be obtained only from Formula 1 or other authorised event sales channels.

Practical support for corporate groups

Subject to the brief and availability during the event period, our team can coordinate:

  • international and regional flights, group bookings and itinerary changes;
  • Baku hotel sourcing and room-block requests aligned with group profile and budget;
  • airport meet-and-assist plus sedan, minivan and coach transfers;
  • daily transport schedules and contingency routes reflecting road restrictions;
  • corporate dining, private venues and off-track meeting rooms for executive teams;
  • on-site coordinators and guest support in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • pre- or post-race programmes in Baku, the Absheron Peninsula and other Azerbaijan destinations.

Building a controlled operating plan

A delivery plan brings together the rooming list, flight manifest, transport schedule, contact chain and contingency procedures. Realistic buffer time and clear ownership matter particularly during a city-circuit weekend. For international agencies working on a white-label basis, local delivery can be structured to respect the agency brand and end-client relationship.
